Bengal Gram Salad
Especially for those who are on a diet and for those who want to die eating! Ingredients 1 cup sprouted bengal gram 1 onion, diced 1 tomato, diced 1/2 cup chopped capsicum 1/4 cup chopped coriander For Dressing 1 tbsp virgin mustard oil juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder 1 tbsp dry pomegranate seeds 1 tsp sugar salt In a large bowl combine all vegetables and bengal gram, In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for dressing well til the sugar dissolves. Pour over the salad and mix well. Enjoy as salad with your meal or as snack with chilled beer!
