chaulai (Amaranth )leaves Raita
Ingredients
2 cups chopped chaulai leaves
3 cloves of garlic
2 green chillies
1 cup fresh plain yogurt
1tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Mix in with Whisked yogurt.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and fry for a minute. Pour over the raita.Enjoy with a meal or with kebebs!
