Tomato Chutney

 Ingredients
6 large tomatoes
1 large onion
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp vegitable oil
1 1/2 tsp nigella seeds
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp(heaped) kashmiri chilli powder
salt to taste

 Cut tomatoes in half and microwave for 2 mins. 
Remove skin and chop.


 Heat oil and add nigella seeds.
 Once the seeds crackle, add garlic and onion and saute untill translucent.
 Add tomatoes, salt and chilli powder and cook for 5 mins. Add sugar and cook til it melts.

Enjoy hot or cold with dosa, paratha, bread or as a side!
