Mango Raita


Ingredients
1 cup chopped ripe mango
1-2 green chillies, slit
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp sugar
¾ tsp mustard seeds
Salt to taste

1 cup fresh yogurt
 Pound mustard seeds and salt together. 
In a bowl, mix together mango, coriander, chilli, sugar and mustard salt mix.
Whisk the yogurt to make it smooth. Pour on the mango and stir. taste and adjust the salt.
Refridgerate til serving time. Enjoy as a side or sauce with grilled meat!
