Chilli Garlic Prawn/Shrimp


Ingredients
250 g prawns/ shrimps, shelled and deveined
8-10 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 ½ tsp paprika
1 tsp chilli flakes
Juice of 1 lemon
Chopped parsley/ coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp oil

1tbsp butter


In a pan heat oil and add butter to it.


Add garlic and spring onion and fry until garlic turns light brown



Add the spice powders and prawns and sauté for about 3 mins.



Remove from heat and add the lemon juice and parsley.

Enjoy as snack or side sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds!
