Amritsari Fish Fry


Ingredients
250 g Fish fillets
4 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 egg
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
Oil for frying
  Mix all the ingredients (except fish) together.
  Cover the fish well with this mixture and let it marinate for half an hour.
 Deep fry in hot oil on both sides untill golden.
  Drain on kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
Serve hot sprinkled with chaat masala.
