Caramel Custard

 Caramel custard is the most basic of all the desserts made with a few ingredients.
Ingredients
For caramel
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp warm water
For custard
2 eggs
1 cup milk
4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla paste
1 tbsp corn starch

 In a thick bottom pan, combine sugar and 1 tbsp water and bring to a boil and turns golden.turn off the heat and quickly mix in 1 tbsp warm water.
Pour in the mold and keep aside to cool. 
 Warm the milk enough to dissolve the sugar.

 Whisk in eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla paste.

 Pour over the cooled caramel.
 Steam in a pressure cooker without weight for 20 mins. 
Unmould when cooled.
Enjoy warm or chilled after dinner!
