Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice)
Bibimbap is a Korean dish of rice and sauteed vegetables/meat with gochujang sauce . It is traditionally served in a special stone bowl called DOLSOT.
Make the sauce by blending together all the ingredients add water to desired consistency.
Saute the sausages with soy sauce salt and pepper in sesame oil.
Saute each vegetable separately with salt in sesame oil.
Brush a stone bowl/ thick bottom pan with sesame oil and sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
Spread the prepared rice on sesame seeds.
Arrange all the vegetables and sausage on the rice. Place the bowl on high heat for 10 mins, until the rice and sesame seeds crisp up.
Garnish with single fried egg.
Enjoy the rice with the sauce!
Ingredients
For the Sauce-
1/2 apple
2 cloves garlic pealed
1 small onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp raw sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
salt to taste

For Rice-
1 cups rice
2 cup water
2 tbsp prepared sauce
salt
Cook the rice separately and keep aside.
For the Garnish-
Chicken sausages
1 tsp soy sauce
sliced vegetables- bell pepper, beans, cabbage, carrot, mushrooms
salt
sesame oil
1 egg
