Whole Wheat Bread (without yeast)

Baking your bread is therapeutic! But when its this simple it pure BLISS!
Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp each sesame seeds, poppy seeds and flax seeds
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp spice mix/ herb mix(I used Za'atar)

Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add all the wet ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

Let the dough rest for 10 mins. Divide it into 8 and roll each portion into a ball.

With a knife mark X on the rolled dough, brush with milk and sprinkle the za'atar

Bake in the microwave on low rack for 20 mins. Smear hot bread with butter.

Enjoy as is or with honey drizzled on it !
