Paneer Stuffed Peppers


Colourful eye catching food is certainly food with attitude, A favourite with all ages. If you want to avoid textures, you can coarsely grind the corn.

Ingredients
2 large bell peppers (capsicum) cut into two lengthwise
1 cup grated paneer
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn 
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp dry parsley
salt and pepper to taste.
2 tbsp grated cheese for topping
                          
Method
Step 1: smear butter inside the halved peppers and sprinkle some black pepper(optional). microwave for 2 mins.
Step 2: mix well all the ingredients for stuffing


Step 3: stuff the bell peppers tightly.

Step 4: top with grated cheese and bake in the microwave on high rack for 10 mins or till cheese is golden.


This preparation is a good accompaniment with all kinds of cuisines.
