Guava Salsa

Foreign sauce in desi eshtyle!
Salsa is the Italian and Spanish term for sauce, and in English-speaking countries usually refers to the sauces typical of Mexican cuisine known as salsa picante, particularly those used as dips. Here's an 'Indianized' version.
Ingredients
1 ripe guava
1 red tomato
1 onion
1 handful of fresh coriander
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
juice of 1 lemon
2 green chilies
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste

Method

Finely chop all the vegetables and the guava. Add salt, sugar, chili powder, cumin powder, lemon juice and oil. Mix well to combine the juices.

One spoonful is explosion of flavours in your mouth.

Enjoy with roasted papads or puris.
