Sprouted Methi(Fenugreek) Salad

  Ingredients
2 tbsp sprouted metni
1 cucumber
1 large tomato
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
1 green chilli
handful of fresh coriander
juice of  1/2 lemon
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
salt to taste
Chop cucumber and tomato. Roughly chop the peanuts.
 Mix all the ingredients together just before serving.
