Crispy Bhindi (okra)

Crispy bhindi adds a perfect non fried crunch to a meal. It is essential that the bhindis are properly dried after being washed.
Ingredients
1/2 kg small, tender bhindi
1/4 cup gram flour(besan)
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp raw mango powder
salt to taste
oil for smearing
Remove the 'tops and tails' of bhindis and slit lengthwise.

Mix all the dry ingredients well.


Spoon in a little of the flour mix into each bhindi.


Brush with oil and cook in the Air fryer or microwave for 15 mins.

 
Enjoy Crispy Bhindi with Khichadi or kadhi chawal!
